Usually not true but there are noteworthy exceptions. (for the lolz) I have been following an old guy, 59, on Youttube that has lost 135 lbs over the past year via the carnivore diet. You would think he would have significant muscle from carrying around all that extra weight, but no, he is frail and can not even do a single pushup or situp. He looks 10 years older now and is now bald. He was probably better off being fat because at least he looked intimidating, now he just looks pathetic.
