To all you lean freaks out there. Be happy. Even if you are 5'7, be freaking happy. I'd trade 4 inches of my height just to be 12 percent bodyfat.

I'm currently 22 percent bodyfat and man, it sucks. I feel so disadvantaged amongst the lean normies.

Even when I was around 16 percent bodyfat 2 years ago, I was getting glared at and even approached by some girls. But now at 22 percent bodyfat that shit never happens.
It's a totally different experience as a man at this bodyfat.

Now I've gotta work my ass off for 3 to 4 months jfl, prob take even longer to get down to 12 percent lmfao.

Man i used to get IOIs and compliments when i was 15 body fat lol. Now I'm skinny fat and my face is bloated to oblivion. It's worse for me because i actually do look good with lower bf because bones. Lean is life
