Being high inhib is a life ruiner

I have always been pretty high inhib and its always a problem, especially because I overthink everything and never really make a move. The worst thing I have a problem on being high inhib with is girls of course, I sometimes do things without a second thought but with girls it’s very different. I genuinely dont know what to say and I have NEVER cold approached a girl in my life. Im 6’2 and not bad looking tbh, I do have acne and that does have a little effect on it, but its definitely not the only cause of me being so nervous and never talking to a female. Even if it were to be a 100% guarantee that I would get a girls number or whatever, I would still probably not be able to do it and it sucks.
