Intelligence can be liability when it amplifies self-consciousness. Lower IQ people are usually more present focused and not running simulations "what will they think of me", how will it play out, they just act without any thought. It's more related to being low neurotic and extroverted than just pure IQ

Sometimes being high-inhib is a good thing, for example surgery, engineer etc, high inhib and careful deliberation wins. In high variance, low downside situation(aka cold approach, networking), its better to be low inhibition because volume and boldness beat optimization. So the best is to be able to calibrate it depending on the situation
