Being Lean in the west is halo

Once again it is a halo effect just like height
Being lean means jackshit if you have a boneless potato face with zero sharpness
It halos a good masculine face to oblivion though, especially in combination with a toned body
 
In the USA maybe. In Europe it's nothing uncommon among young men
i think the last time i saw a real obese man on the street here in Europe was 5 months ago

Even if you just have average bones it's a halo. Now if you for whatever reason, have horrible facial development then maybe I could see an argument for higher body fat.
 
If you really think about it, how many people are actually lean in the West? I would say 5% or less are under 15% body fat. If you are lean and have even a normie face, this will put you way above most others. Chads in real life are rare af, being lean with a decent face Halo's hard.

It’s an absolute halo. Low bodyfat plus athletic level of muscle with good hair and style will make you stand out very noticeably.

It’s not enough to just be 15% bf even though the majority are over 20. 8-12% is where you look striking in a crowd/environment. Also many lean people don’t lift so their presence is diminished by being twink failoed.

Lean, gymcelled, good hair and style and you will meet the looks threshold for plenty of women

Yep, also the fact that everything is full of sodium you have to be very careful to be on a low sodium diet in the west.

Sodium is a game changer and makes me go from invisible bloated cuck to mogger in 3 days.

The gymcel community always promotes that 8-12% bodyfat isnt sustainable because their entire paradigm is anti cardio and actually encourages putting on bodyfat/bulking.

But look at actual models, actors, and athletes. The vast majority of them stay lean year fucking round, and thats due to lifestyle choices

I’m underweight naturally so I’ve been in that category and ngl it’s useless unless your facial bones are actually model tier.
