Here’s me beginning of summer ‘24 vs 2mo later, 185lbs and water retention vs around 160lb no carbs (like 15-10ish% bf). I’m same height as you yet inccelish at your usual sitting weight of 175, as I rly need to be single digits to be peaked

Last, I wonder if there is any way out for bingecels like us. Used to follow your posts due to similar life experiences (socially, with girls, treatment pre/post ascension, political views, diet, etc) and the looking to junk food when bored or dopamine depleted is horrible although it’s less bad for me than it used to be

Oh and also @Prettyboy I dramatically descend if I deviate form the animal based style diet that you follow, it’s unreal ppl knowingly have carbs given the 4 g water retained for every 1g carbs
