Being lean look taller?

Does being lean make you look taller? I'm currently around 200lbs at 5'10 gymmaxxed so I hold it much better than most on here. However, I started looking at other's physiques and people who are the same height as me but much slimmer look taller. Am I over thinking or does being leaner actually make you look taller?

i live in northern mexico so im taller than 90% of dudes by 1-6 inches so i dont worry about it too much until the rare 6'6 mogger appears.

but i would definitely agree that being too bulky does make you appear shorter from afar and in pictures.

also wearing baggy clothes may make you look shorter, as well as having a small frame.

but also they might just seem taller cause youre seeing them at your eye level.
