Being low-inhib is literally all about living in the moment.

Anxiety and shit is caused by visualizing unwanted scenarios that literally haven't even happened yet. So when you decide to just live in the moment, most of your inhibition is gone.

It's why being low-inhib is so easy when you're young, since you don't care about the future.

Meditation is the simplest way to train your brain to live in the moment.

Niggas can jfl and 'dnr' this thread, but for those who actually want to lower their inhibitions without relying on drugs or alcohol, good luck.

Some people are just naturally more anxious and nervous than others. It’s hard to change that

No nigga. If it was really all about looks, only gl people would succeed and reproduce, and that clearly isn't the case.

Being low inhib also means that you've let go of things outside your control, like features you can't change.

Do I have to always enter the subconscious while meditating?

Nah, for me, just focusing on my breathing for 15 minutes with my eyes closed, allows me to realise that my thoughts don't define the person I actually am

Tbh, it calms me down pretty much directly after. But you have to make sure to return your focus to your breathing. Your mind will wonder, but always remember to focus on the breathing

Your thoughts don’t define the person you are?

What does that mean?

Nigga, think of it like intrusive thoughts. How you react and act upon them is what you control.
