Being mixed race is hell

I hate it so much i havent had any friends or any human connections in 6 whole years and I don't even have a country or people I can call myself a part of since both races bullied me severely for being brown then for being white , Also whenever I complain about it my dad tells me to be grateful like if me being mixed didn't ruin my life since birth and made me develop permanent mental issues .
