it is my grandpa grandmother and dad all have 120-125 iq everyone in my family has a criminal background besides my mom and all got iq test when they got booked ill post my results come early march

OR you need to somehow change your brain. Maybe something to do with the fight or flight response for anxiety which some drugs might help with? shrooms maybe?
But in terms of running out of things to say etc, i'm not sure what drugs, if any, would help with that really.
Some people certainly seem to have a great natural skill for conversation which is useful. As if they are accessing a part of their brain that some do'nt have lol

its not i dont have things to say its i have tm to say and i try to say 3 diff sentances at once and its unintelligible when i try to take it slow and think abt what im going to say i have that weird pause inbetween words it sounds like im so autistic i can barely walk ive tried benzos stimulants weed if anything they make it worse because i think there gonna think im high off my rocker and thats why i talk like that ive never drank so ill try that next maybe in a party setting so i have ppl to aproach or try and converse with
