Looking back on pictures that my friend take I’ve always got weird body language.

Ive always got my hands in weird positions but its find.

You arent that bad. Convincing yourself that your ND will only raise more doubts when you speak and I’ve noticed that when I used to think like this, it was a LOT harder to talk.
