If you want to move up fast in social hierarchies, be popular in the office and amongst peers, being NT is vital. I'll go further and say this, NT suggests you are avg. You need to be charismatic or somewhat likeable, having such a personality is key to going up. My likeable and somewhat charismatic personality has landed me a few good opportunities, just last week I was offered a graduate job for £21k a year by some random guy I met in my BJJ class - mf owned a pharmacy and told me that because I was so helpful and likeable he would not mind hiring me to work in his company. I declined since I don't study pharmacy and do biology. Even when I used to work as a teacher/tutor I was well liked and respected by the kids.
People on here cry about shit like "everyone is horrible to me because I incel!", truth is you aren't NT. Your looks had nothing to do with it, being NT/charismatic will improve your quality of life more than being good looking. IRL I know plenty of people who are just about average in looks, but they have high NT skills and act like an alpha male. 1 guy is non stop in some relationships since the beginning of high school, right now with HTB (he's HTN facially, but short,, like 5'7 so it results in him being average), the other is non stop having fwbs around MTB (he's LTN facially, a bit above average height and good frame so overall average). I highly doubt they would be able to get girls without being alpha and NT.

Edit: You can say they are outliers and just random situations but I know even more examples because they are not rare. Being NT is really good if you're at least average. NT with HTN (or +) is just a win.
