Being observant and self-aware at all times is driving me insane

I observe almost every situation, I’m more reserved now due to that. I know doing certain things I want to do will just get a bad reaction because of my boneless face and below average height.

Can’t be confident when subpar. Sometimes I just want to give up and do whatever I want. I miss the times my inhib was lower and I did what I wanted to do in social situations, even with poor reception. Tbf I wasn’t balding back then
