I'm a sentimental soul. Sometimes I cry when I'm high too. Idk what changed in me because I used to have such a hard time crying, even as a kid. Probably emotional numbness. Now I'm slowly gaining back my spirits and facing the horrors of reality. It's a beautiful thing when you stay true to yourself and I won't cave in.

It'll be nice to take kratom after 24 hours of fasting. I expect I won't need as much. Not eating just makes drugs that much more bioavailable.

Yeah pretty much. You feel like you're so productive even if you're just chilling on .org jfl. I started doing it every other day now though so we'll see how it works out.

I am 52 kg, might go lower but it’s hard cuz I like eating

damn, lower than 50kg is not a good idea though, make sure you get enough nutrition

Make sure you don't go lower than what the healthy BMI range allows. To put it in perspective; I'm 6 ft and decided not to go lower than 63 kg (70 kg rn).

Harder to determine. I bet <1% know their body fat. When people try to guess it here it can range from like 15% to 25%.

Yeah, I don’t know my own. BMI is less useful but really easy to calculate.

My BMI is 18.3

You're medically underweight then. I would urge you to start eating 3 balanced meals a day, but you're gonna do what you're gonna do.

Well as I said it’s bodyfat percentage that’s more accurate an indicator to health

But really I don’t think my bodyfat percentage is too low, in fact lower would probably be healthier as long as I don’t get nutrient deficiencies.

what I do is a cycle eating a lot and eating very little to mimic fasting and refeeding

For example I eat like some nuts and 90% cocoa for a few days and then the next I go to a buffet and eat a ton. I usually don’t eat dinner for circadian clock reasons but I will after hard workouts

Yeah but even if you're eating a buffet, you might only get one day's worth of calories max and the other day you're pretty much fasting. That's like always eating at a 50% calorie deficit.

i don’t always eat very little on days I don’t eat a lot, sometimes a moderate amount but I do go periods with very little
