Im on 5mg of reta a week rn and only eat 1 meal a day, and dont feel hungry for the rest of the day.

(The meal I eat is also like 1500 calories so it does keep me full for a while)

5mg is crazy ngl did u start with that dosage? i took like 1.5mg for months and lost like abt 20kgs on it

I started with 2mg for my first cycle, im on 5mg rn cause summer is around the corner
