I disagree. Being 6'5"+ is definitely not as bad as being under 5'9". The reality is:

1. Height can be bulked. Yes it takes more food and effort but the potential is there. Short guys literally cannot add inches no matter what they do.

2. Women filter by minimum height on apps. 6'5" passes every filter. 5'8" gets filtered out by most.

3. The "lanklet" phase is temporary if you commit to lifting. But being short is permanent.

4. Most very tall guys I know do fine with women once they fill out their frame in their mid-20s.

The real sweet spot is probably 6'2"-6'4" but I'd take 6'7" over 5'8" any day. Height is one of the few things you can't change so having abundance of it beats scarcity.
