This all takes root in childhood usually, the smaller, weaker, uglier kids are forced to develop in this way just to stay afloat, it is only natural that this behavior over time consumes our entire personality, we have to make an active effort to correct it ourselves

I realize this may sound like water to most of you, but since it’s a subconscious behavior it’s worth it to take a step back in everyday life and really ask yourself why you are kind to people
