primal mfs will look you dead in the eyes and believe they’re smarter than everyone else cause they watched a few videos on the internet were some random guy “revealed the system”, the “food industry” whatsoever
they need to understand that not everyone and everything on this earth is trying to hurt and kill you
they also need to understand that the human evolution is somewhat natural too
slop is definitely real and exists in many forms, but you do not need to live like a retard from the stone ages, only eat raw meat, drink raw milk and blood to be healthy
i was a “primal” too and it made me nothing but even more depressed and neurodivergent
