It was way worse when I was like 13 and hadnt hit puberty yet, I used to deadass have problems swallowing food sometimes my airway was so shit, but even still its uncomfortable/hard to breathe while looking up, my extremely low facial depth makes my neck look huge too, like based on my neck its like I was built to have a projected face, but instead its flat and short asf so it looks comical, and I barely have any distance from my chin to my throat, so whenever I look down all my soft tissues just collapse into my throat, its so fucking over man
