I honestly struggle to think of anything about my life that would change majorly if I won the lottery. I have pretty much all my material needs satisfied as is. Have a nice TV, computer, access to reasonably or even great food, shelter, etc.

Granted I'm NETTING at my parents place but still. Honestly the law of diminishing returns when it comes to money and happiness start kicking in WAY faster than most people realize.

Yes, but do you have a feeling like you succeeded in life? No. And that's what money brings you if you earn it by yourself. Self respect, knowing that you are smarter than the vast majority of people, if you got rich for example. Also not leeching off of your parents. Even if you win the lottery, that would make you feel successful.
