Being short in teenage years

I am 5'7 at 16 years old, I am also a late bloomer, so my face looks young too. I dont think that people think of me as a man. I feel like they dont take me seriously. I cant imagine myself with a girl because I feel like I am not a man yet. How to be confident while being the kid looking guy in the school. (btw guys who are shorter than me are taken seriosly and they can carry themselves as a man, height is not the only factor) Did you have the same issue while growing?

i used to be short as fuck while growing up to the point i was the smallest kid on the entire class along with some cumskin who had a growth issue
