169cm is over tier pray to gandy everyday and do everything you can to grow till atleast 175+ cm even if it costs your health so it means injecting hgh taking AI doing shady shit like microfractures etc i wont recommend this all to a teen but you really need if you end up with this as your adult height life's gonna be tough ngl.

i think in your case it would be a very good investment, going from 168 to 178 or 180 will absolutely make a difference, you are in eu, go to turkey, we are lucky to have the chance to go there since everything is cheap
