the worst thing you can be is being skinny fat
you dont get the muscles you would have if you were fat and you dont get the low bf% that comes with being skinny

especially in puberty its the worst, cutting will only stunt your growth and make you skinny
bulking will just make you more fat and hopefully gain a little muscle. its the worst and longest hell to get out of physique wise

yes but in puberty a lean bulk is the best and maybe a mini cut after

dawg if you're skinny fat chances are you're max 20% bodyfat, cutting down to 12-15% and training at the same time isnt gunna nuke your hormones like going sub 10% would
