On this forum many people will give advice saying bulk up or put on a lot of weight. Do not do this. First of if you were low body fat at 180 pounds vs 150 pounds, you would still have a lot more fat. You will also have a lot of bloating with the musculature. People also say that being skinny is horrible for T and this is simply not true, in fact in most cases it is probably better than being bulky by a long shot. You would naturally be skinny in nature if there was no gyms, maybe a little on the lean side.
being too muscular is very unnatural and won't be appealing. The Indian guy is very muscular, yet still has bloated face. Now you could say it is just his fat distribution, which is probably true to a certain extent, but he also has to eat so many calories a day to maintain his muscles. Ramirez is very skinny with great facial definition from it, he is obviously not low t. Being fat is the absolute worst thing, it is the most unnatural. No fat man would have survived in the natural world and I have seen threads in the past saying being fat is better than being skinny. Eating less calories will always be better for you than eating a lot but exercising a lot as well.
