The second one has much higher potential for both success and failure. On one hand he's more likely than the first one to be a CEO. But he's also more likely to be a floating drug addict. The first one will probably make a lot of money. But he's not likely to be able to wield any sort of power/unfluence.

Take wealth out of the equation. The first boy's gonna betabuxx in all his romantic relationships. But the second one will be the one in charge of any relationship he's in, regardless of how poor he might be.
