No, they’re both important… if you’re not good looking you can definitely be social and make friends with other guys and even women. Still isn’t going to make women want to fuck you. If you’re good looking and muscular socializing is now far easier for you, and you reap more benefit from it.

If you have bad social skills then yes you need to talk to people and practice socializing. But again, looksmaxxing makes it easier to develop those social skills. When you look good you receive positive social feedback and people are more forgiving of your awkwardness, so over time you become more confident and better at socializing.
