Literally have to track every calorie for weeks on end like an autist. Diet isn't even enough because you will inevitably binge because of fat cravings etc so you'll have to spend an hour+ walking on the treadmill at 10% incline everytime you do. Regardless of whether bp goes mainstream or not 99% of normies are simply not built to cut to 12% and below bf and reach their true potential from the one actual softmax that works. Go outside even at uni average normie is skinny fat fuck 18%+ bodyfat.

It's not hard per se, the issue is that most people just lack the logistics for it. I've been consistently around 10% body fat for a while, how?

Well I bulked and cut my way to my ideal physique like any normal person and then... I just maintained it... Crazy right? I don't overcomplicate things by having to track my daily caloric intake and whatnot, I eat 3 meals, 3 meals daily, the same meals weekly, monthly, and hopefully yearly. When you eat the same exact things, not only are you always in control of your caloric intake to the point where you don't need to track, just weigh the food and meal prep it, but it also makes macro and micronutrient tracking easy. Instead of worrying whether I'm getting my zinc, or vitamin E for the day, I just know I am because my diet never changes.

Does it make life increasingly more boring if you never have food variety? Yes. But am I lean, muscular and have healthy blood and liver panels? Yes as well.

The biggest looksmaxx is just never changing what you eat. On top of that you save money too, way easier to adjust your budget around a specific amount and set of foods you buy, no extra spendings or things that will go bad in your fridge because you never finished them.

still doesn't change the fact 99% of normies will never get to 12% bf
70% of ppl at my college are obese but around 30% are around 12% year round no problem

Being under 12% bf just isn’t feasible for 99.9% of men long term.

If you’re struggling to maintain it, it means your body isn’t designed to be that way.

Only a rare few of the genetic elite can sit under 12% comfortably
