Still you can help negate a lot of these things these days, diet and healthy lifestyle, supplements, certain pharmaceuticals etc. I am not talking about roids but obviously TRT exists too for older guys and such worst case scenario, though that has sides on its own. I am 30 and still haven't been hit by the age pill yet, if anything things are better than ever right now. I know a couple guys here that are 30+ that still slay tons too also. Preventing Norwood is important to counter the age pill, though.
