I sadly suffer from this.

Most women are self-conscious about their looks and so feel intimidated by you. They believe you're a player with a high notch count and so put their guard up not wanting to be your next “conquest".

If one is brave enough to date you, they will never trust you because their fear is through the roof that you're lying and cheating on them. This causes problems in the relationships to where you no longer want to be with her because who likes to be constantly accused and distrusted? But if you leave it will just reaffirms what she believed you were going to do all along: leave her.

All of this plays out in a woman's mind independent of ANYTHING you do to put her at ease or prove you're really into her and serious.

yeah its true, ive had this dynamic play-out myself several times with girls where they believed I was some sort of player/fuckboy and couldn't trust me.

This in turn makes me lose interest, because I don't believe it's fair for me to be judged so negatively based on my good-looks. I don't want to be constantly having to re-assure her that I am loyal etc.
