Being Top 500 in Overwatch descended me and made me reccesed

So in 2022 when I was 14-15 yrs old I used to play Overwatch a lot since it was my favorite game. I got to Top 500 as Tank, GrandMaster5 with DPS and Master 1 as Healer, in Americas server.

Today I played it again JFL and one thing I've realized is that in some moments, when I'm really focus into the match (99% of the time) I subconsciously open my mouth to mouth breath like a faggot, I dont know why because I never do that in any other scenario, not even sleeping.

Also, because I only play tryhard and sweaty asf, my cortisol spikes to the sky while playing such video games.

Therefore we could say that being top 500 in Overwatch made me reccesed I wish i were worse playing Overwatch
