Good and bad are illusions just like consciousness, just labels your mind slaps onto actions and appearances, but underneath there is only strength and weakness, beauty and decay. Once, “good” meant healthy, radiant, powerful—what looked alive, what inspired desire and respect. “Bad” was what looked sick, broken, ugly—what made others recoil. But over time this was twisted, inverted: we were told that to embrace beauty is vanity, that to value strength is arrogance, that to stand out is sinful. Instead, weakness, plainness, and decay were dressed up as “humility” and “virtue.”
Once you see this inversion, you understand why so many hide themselves, why they let their bodies rot with bad food, bad habits, shame. They’ve been convinced that looking good is shallow, and that ugliness somehow makes them pure. But the truth is simpler: beauty is just health made visible, strength shining through the skin, life expressed in form. Ugliness is decay made visible, weakness worn on the outside.
And once you wake up to this, you stop fighting your own instinct to want to look sharp, clean, powerful. You start feeding your body instead of poisoning it, you respect your appearance instead of neglecting it, because looking good is not vanity—it is proof of life, proof of discipline, proof of strength. At the end of the day it’s not about moral labels, it’s about whether you shine or whether you rot. Everything else is just a trick played on you.
