Being walked in on while exercising is so embarassing

Couldn't be bothered to go the gym today so I just turned on some cardio on the tv and then my sister walked in on me hitting some goofy ahh moves and she laughed, fml

thats why you use AirPods and listen to music while exercising looking away from the door.

you can ignore them and keep going as if they don’t exist, and either they can stand and stare at you like weirdos or try to interrupt you where now you can give them 2 options

they either tell you a good excuse/reason on why they interrupted you or you scold them for interrupting you if the excuse/reason was not valid enough
