Depends. Is Belal a Mountain Man? If so then my vote goes to him.
I dunno but I’m with Islam.Islam Makachev vs Jack de La Madalena who will win?
Next weekI dunno but I’m with Islam.
Who are you with? Are these two fights under the same UFC title or not? As in.. same episode?
Who are you supporting?Next week
I don't really support anyone but if makchev wins it will be more beneficial for the future events and UFC,Who are you supporting?
Just checked. Not Mountain Man. He’s Palestinian. I dunno, fight could go both ways.Depends. Is Belal a Mountain Man? If so then my vote goes to him.

Any idea why Islam is a high value fighter? I can understand Khabib because he was undefeated at least.I don't really support anyone but if makchev wins it will be more beneficial for the future events and UFC,
because since makachev is a High - value named fighter currently if he loses his reputation and image it will diminish the hype a little bit.
If Topuria wins the next one fight and Makachev wins this Title shot they the fight between two will be extremely hyped in the White House match
might even exceed connor vs khabib fight.
But if Topuria or Makachev loses the hype will diminish a bit
Who’s the guy in the middle?
He is a succesion of khabib, less aggressive grappling but higher striking skills than khabib .Any idea why Islam is a high value fighter? I can understand Khabib because he was undefeated at least.
Umar NurmagomedovWho’s the guy in the middle?
If Belal gameplans accordingly and executes he beats Gary, completely agreeUnfortunately garry would win. Belal could win if he had similar style to khabib/islam, belal can "wrestle" but he's not elite and doesn't really have a non-stop pressuring wrestling style like those guys. He's become a striker now, opting to strike with JDM which lost him the title even though he could have mixed it up, strike and wrestle to win rounds but i guess not. Belal is his own worst enemy, the MMA "fans" are the fucking worst subhumans in existence, they're the reason he chooses to stand and bang which isn't his strong suit and even then he gave JDM a close fight. I really think Belal could beat JDM and Garry if he had a real gameplan and stuck to it, he beats both these guys if he simply wrestlefucks and mixes in striking. If that georgian midget merab can non-stop wrestle opponents and win fights, why the fuck don't you do that? fuck what the fans think. I've been watching MMA for about 12 years now and the fanbase is absolute cancer.
Islam will submit JDM btw, mark my words.
Islam is the p4p #1 bhai, he's levels above everyone in his division. Dare i say he's currently a better overall fighter than khabib was in his prime and i watched all of khabibs fights live. I really think he will submit JDM. What do you mean by high value exactly? he's beaten pretty much everyone and now is going up to become a 2 division champ.Any idea why Islam is a high value fighter? he gave in to the pressure, all the fans kept calling him boring etc so he wanted to put on a good fight and it cost him the title. He's lucky Islam wouldn't fight him because we all know islam would make light work of Belal, he's better in pretty much every aspect. I have a feeling Welterweight Islam is a new beast and will dominate JDM. I want to see JDM vs Rakhmonov, that would be a banger imo.If Belal gameplans accordingly and executes he beats Gary, completely agree
Unfortunately from his last performance I don’t think he will
If ian garry wins ima crash outTitle
No it isn'tUmar Nurmagomedov
garry is going to win though...If ian garry wins ima crash out
lmao is it?No it isn'tthat's some random fan not a fighter

I thought only undefeated fighters were high value because they got something to show for it. I've never been much of an MMA guy except for a brief stint in 2009 or 2010 when I practiced MMA for just one month. Imagine if I had never quit, I'd have 15 or 16 years under my belt, I'd probably have done professional fights.Islam is the p4p #1 bhai, he's levels above everyone in his division. yh undefeated fighters have high value but islam lost a long time ago, since then he's never lost and dominated all the top fighters. If he beats JDM next week he will be in the conversation for GOAT status. I don't like jiujutsu, certainly never want to practice it tbh, rolling around with men isn't my thing. I much rather prefer boxing.I thought only undefeated fighters were high value because they got something to show for it. To do MMA properly you need to do both boxing and BJJ. But yeah that was before I developed OCD, I'd never do that. I'm kind of thankful for having OCD because now I am aware of all the germ contaminations in life. Anyway, yeah, I saw that he lost some time ago but it's still a dent in his overall streak if you ask me as a person who's not into this UFC shit.yh undefeated fighters have high value but islam lost a long time ago, since then he's never lost and dominated all the top fighters. I think rakhmonov is next in line for a title shot right? so he'll fight the winner of Islam/JDM unless ofcourse Islam wins then goes down to LW to fight Topuria and then who knows, Rakhmonov vs ??? for the title shot. If JDM loses and Islam goes down, he can't be given another shot straight away so i think it will be winner of belal/garry vs Rakhmonov, this is all assuming Islam doesn't stay at WW which he may very well do so. I think Islam beats all these guys tbh.You know ball bro
Islam beating JDM by sub imo, he’s too crafty on the ground and this new weight class suits him
I’d love to see JDM rhakmonov I think JDM is gonna show his slickness in that one
Well for a long time it was known you need a wrestling background and then learn striking as you go along. This was because if your base martial art was only boxing, you would just get taken down and dominated by wrestlers, that's why wrestlers dominated for so long and continue to do so. It's the one thing you need to be exceptional at. Very few "strikers" get to the top, usually they have elite takedown defense. GSP, jON JONES, khabib, Islam, etc list goes on all the top guys are Wrestlers and then after that they're strikers. You need everything for MMA that's why it's called mixed martial arts but your base skill needs to be wrestling IMO.To do MMA properly you need to do both boxing and BJJ. I agree, the BJJ part is the most important aspect of MMA. That way you can make the opponent tap out. Striking is only useful in street fights whereas wrestling/BJJ is useful in the ring.Well for a long time it was known you need a wrestling background and then learn striking as you go along. The thing is when you are a striker and only learned wrestling for 5 years, you can't do shit against guys who have been training wrestling for 20 years since they were kids, you can't win.
I dont give a fuck about this fight I just want buck vs cuck alreadyTitle
Split decision to Belal. Cuck will defend some takedowns, but I just can't envision him doing it for four rounds successfully.Title
wrong again idiot. machado 49-46 and ends the fight with more control timeSplit decision to Belal. Cuck will defend some takedowns, but I just can't envision him doing it for four rounds successfully.
FUCK IAN CUCK GARRYTitle
Control time where?wrong again idiot. machado 49-46 and ends the fight with more control time
even if belal has slightly better entries i see cuck turning them into reversals because hes way bigger and i trust his defensive grappling but most of the time will come from the clinch where he will thrive and turn into a boring decision. as im typing this im just now realizing its a 3 rounder but doesnt change much for me, 29-28/30-27Control time where?
i notice you are very hooked on the idea of win streaksI thought only undefeated fighters were high value because they got something to show for it.
You do raise a good point and I’ve heard it before, that those undefeated streaks only exist because their opponents were all a bunch of no-names. While that is undoubtedly true, when someone who isn’t interested in the sports hears it, they’ll think he’s some invincible madman. That’s kind of what I was talking about and I kind of agree that an undefeated streak looks more impressive to an outsider, such as myself.i notice you are very hooked on the idea of win streaks
the game is so advanced nowadays, you are bound to lose at one point or another
losses don't really dent your reputation nearly as much as 10 years ago and racking up a bunch of low quality wins is worthless, the biggest determinant of who the best fighters are is the level of people they have been able to beat and in what fashion.
Khabib is arguably not even a top 10 fighter ever despite his "superior record" because he had only a few quality wins, while 20 of the fights in his 29-0 record were against unheard of bums
