Back when I was 16 or 17, I read about estrogen signalling the end of growth, and about dairy having estrogen

So I stopped consuming the best food for height growth. I still grew probably 4 or 5 inches or so. Perhaps I would have grown an extra 0.5 inches?

i grew about 3/4ths of an inch from 14-18

i've grown over an inch and a half over the last year.

maybe the same will happen to u. but i also was likely deficient in most nutrients during that time.

Sounds like the same thing happened to me just kinda earlier I was like 5’9 at 13 after my puberty spurt then slowly grew an inch then sometime between late 17 - early 18 I got 2 inches
