In summer 2018, i fapped every day for 3 months and my hair started to thin out. my mother legit thought it was over. after doing nofap for 6 months my hair was thicker than ever even my mom noticed.

There is some truth to this shit ngl. Maybe you dont get laid but you get some benefits at least. And the whole "everyone faps" is a joke lol. My friends in college make fun of fapping and use it as an insult. There is a reason 'wanker" is an insult.
