Below 5'11 barefoot = Get the rope ready

176cm barefoot, but I normally wear Jordan's or AF1 or ultraboost which add like 1.5-2cm.

I have terrible posture from years of lifting and rugby, so I need to consciously stand straight

So you are like 5'11 in shoes, not bad tbh. It's likely your spine isn't fully stretched out aswell, probably got some form of curvature/tilt. Are you average or above average in HK with that height?

How can you not have hit puberty at 15? must be a late bloomer, do everything you can so when you do have the grwoth spurt it's a big one and you get as high as you can. Sleep a lot, eat a lot, etc

how much should i be sleeping? my diets very good but i struggle with sleep alot usually getting 5 hours or less

Think more like 5'10" in shoes (but my oneitis is 170cm barefoot). I'm slightly above average in hk (obviously way above average if u include old people).

I do have severe spinal issues including herniated L3 and slight sciatica.

On my uk driving license I was 178cm, on my aussie license and my HK medical i was 175 and 176cm respectively (hk medical is newest one).

I'm also a fucking ogre (not sure if u seen me) and thick as fuck , so when people see me for first time in person they often say oh u looked shorter in pics/ zoom
