So last week i was doing some looking on lookism archives and found someone talking about how they used a rag and pliers on there roof of there mouth.


With even more looking into it they were really doing it and it seemed to work very well for them, with that being said i tried it last week for all days last week i seem to have more feeling in my face as if something has really changed.

For the past week i have been stacking this with a few other things such as belt pulling.
soon i will have a post explaining how to do it with photos but i want to make sure it works for real before i seem retarded and make you do something that will be cope.


so for the next few weeks i will do a bone growth post and stuff showing my progress and showing if it works or not.
