a while back i made a post talking about beltpulling, today i will show off the growth i have made from my experiment
Now obv this is taken a year apart but the new pic of me i took a week before i did buccal fat removal.
Now should you do this?
Yes 100% i think you should at least try beltpulling it worked for me i just stayed doing it for maybe 6 months doing it right and not messing the form up 15min hangs with every 5 min a few min break this worked best for my growth. Now good luck my friend! have fun!
