In the past few months i have been digging and looking for older ways to improve bones.
With that being said my first week of looking i found the OG belt pulling method and have been using it for 2-3 months now i have forward growth and ALOT of it in my zygos

How to face pull with a belt ?
- Take a braided leather belt (if you don't have braided, normal can work too, but braided is preferred)
- Clench hard in the center and use both hands to pull
- Grab both ends of the belt and pull outward laterally and forward, most importantly upward
- Make sure you are clenching because over time this will shape the jawbone because of consistent pressure, unlike falim which wears out joints plus is too soft
- U will hear your joints creaking, that is a good sign meaning the jawbone is swinging forward along with the maxilla. The crane is shit because it renders the mandible immobile while pulling maxilla, leaving it behind, by clenching youu are bringing both jaws forward
- Palate expansion is caused by the lateral pulling and clenching, wrenching the teeth outward, both mandible and maxilla sides
- You can apply as much force as you want with the belt unlike the crane which is only 500g, whereas your arms are way stronger
- Do this in short intervals, about 30 seconds throughout the day
- The bone seems to respond faster to stronger forces over a sporadic period of times
