go on a bulk for a prolonged periopd of time and track calories, technique isnt that important, what will make you improve is consitent progressive overload which you will struggle with unless you are in a surplus (unless fat or brand new to gym)

I’m starting my first bulb ts week but I’ve been going gym for abt a year but for the first few months I was inconsistent and since abt December I’ve been taking it seriously with the diet and training

download my fitness pal and get a general sense of how many calories you are eating a day, then try eating the same meals every day so you dont need to think about it too mich. diet is genuinely 90 percent of it, if you have enough calories (200 above maintenace) and eat a decent amount of protein, you can train 2x a week with shit intensity and still make a good amount of gains. how tall ate you btw?
