Except the goal is NOT 1RM. It is endurance.

Bench press 20-25 lbs. AMRAP. Upload vid.

Whoever does more reps in one non-stop session with ZERO breaks/rest.

Full range. Zero breaks. Has to be an object can't be a barbell/free weights.

I.e. something like a bag of rice, dog food, etc.

Let's see if @ConfusedBolivian can win at endurance.

Just do endurance w/ the bar nobody is benching dog food :ROFLMAO:

I accept the challenge but with 225lbs/100kgs on the bar not 20lbs
