Reason im asking is my parents bought a whole pound of raw organic honey im thinking about putting it in my diet

Interesting .. im just looking for optimal hormonal balance and to get rid of any toxins , etc . I like to have carbs before my workout ill add honey and some dates with milk as well

Ehh you’ll have to likley eat some organ meats to compensate , which my taste buds just cannot handle i tried raw , cooked , everything just about
