HGH also known as “human growth hormone” can increase bone mass, height, wind span, etc. however are you a viable candidate or would this just waste your time let’s find out.

First of all HGH works best durring puberty. So if you’re out of puberty don’t expect to see results like height and windspan growth. Bones finish growing a little later but if your greatly out of puberty don’t take HGH.

Okay you’re probably 15-18 which younger is better but some are late bloomers. Anyway here’s what to know.

PROS
Human Growth Hormone is basically one of the most talked-about hormones for a reason—it drives growth when your plates are still open, helps with muscle repair and lean mass by increasing protein synthesis, and is known for making recovery feel faster overall, especially if you’re training hard; it also pushes fat loss by increasing lipolysis so your body uses fat more efficiently, and a lot of people notice better skin quality and healing because of the collagen boost, plus stronger joints and bones over time, and a more “optimized” metabolism and energy balance, but the key thing people don’t always say is that most of these effects hit way harder if you’re actually deficient, while in healthy people it’s usually more subtle and not the insane transformation you see hyped online.

However, it’s not all good
Human Growth Hormone isn’t all upside like people online make it seem—there are some real downsides that show up pretty quickly if you misuse it, like water retention and swelling that can make your face look puffy instead of “lean,” joint pain and stiffness that can mess with training, and nerve issues like tingling or numbness (basically carpal tunnel–type symptoms); it can also throw off your blood sugar and lead to insulin resistance over time, which is a serious long-term problem, and if you run it too high or too long you can get abnormal tissue growth (think bigger hands, thicker facial features, not always in a good way), plus it can suppress your natural hormone balance, and on top of all that, if you’re getting it from non-medical sources there’s always the risk that what you’re injecting isn’t even legit or properly dosed, which adds another layer of unpredictability.

CONCLUSION
At the end of the day. It’s your choice and life. You should weight the pros and cons. And understand what you’re taking. This is a life altering substance and you could do a lot of harm to yourself if you don’t know what you’re doing. This is just a quick rundown of HGH however you should do your own research before taking anything.
