today i tried sleeping on my back and i did it, but it felt like i was half awake all the time even tho i slept about 9 hours

yeah im pretty sure mine does the same thing, thought of a fix using some kind of metal sheets on each side to keep ur body in place doesnt really matter not worth

There isn't any real benefit, just sleep however you want, it isn't going to effect you.
