Oxtail is better. Full of bioavailable beef gelatin which gets converted to collagen within your cells. Stick it in a slow cooker overnight and you're sorted.

Both of those items are still good regardless, especially tendons.

If they're from a good quality store and you're sure of this, then id eat it raw rather than cooked.

Instead invest in marrow bones for the buttery marrow (good on sourdough toast) then after eating it use it in a crockpot to make homemade bone broth.
This extracts precious collagen from the bones and tendons can be seen improving your face skin.

Pretty underrated food from a looksmaxxing and health context.
