Caffeine pills are mogger, safest drug ever. But the withdrawals are a pain in the ass, basically you will feel sleepy and fatigued for like a few days after, not really that bad if you don't have anything to do, but you will be yawning every day and your head will hurt
Stick to that, cigarettes are more addictive cause many people don't know this, but ciggs dont just have nicotine, they also have a MAOI effect, they relax you, this is a big difference to vaping. I used to smoke shisha which is oure nicotine and it was meh compared to cigarettes, just doesn't have that serene effect of a first in the morning cigarette

Well you already do use them jfl, i use 200mg caffeine + 500mg taurine pills, they are nice ngl, but not for mental tasks at all, they make it worse, perfect for physical things
