Benzos,pregab or baclofen?

I've recently tried 75mg of pregab for the first time,found it pretty good for my anxiety. Haven't tried higher doses yet tho,was also wondering which benzos are good for not being a high inhib autist in public events or presentations in uni since they're cheap as fuck in india. Or should i just up the pregab dose when i have to tackle social situations?

i heard its not that much different than high dose pregab.Another is that I have trouble sourcing it here,even if i did,it comes in powdered form and i'd need to buy a milligram scale to dose it,which would def get me fucked at home

It's completely different as in mechanism of action
Phenibut is a GABA beta receptor agonist so basically relaxed and fun
Pregab releases calcium ions (Ca²+) into the brain and makes you slow and through that relaxed
It's harder to abuse pregab

GABA beta receptors get fried after phenibut, if you use it more than thrice a week prepare for sides
I don't go above a gram
I'd do 500-750mg, if no work do 1g
Twice a week only

couldn't I mimic that with Baclofen?

Baclofen doesn't also cause the release of potassium ions (K+) somewhere in the reactions which means it won't get you as high

i've also taken script valium and its similar but i prefer xanax by a bit
