So since im a high inhib guy by Mother Nature and noticed that this social anxiety is ruining my life because i don’t do shit except hide in my basement. I discovered benzos for me and it was life changing. Almost like i went from working on 20% to now 90%.

Low inhib is literally everything

So i wonder what drug is less risky in terms of being on it for longer periods? Vodka shots vs taking a 1.0mg alprazolam and feeling like clark kent.

Benzo withdrawal is no joke and alcohol seems like it would help but in terms of health which one you think is the lesser evil?

Benzos are good cause of less calories. 1 xan has less cals than a tic tac. 1 shot of straight vodka is 80 cals. 1 vodka tonic is 120 cals.

If you are leanmaxing go for Benzos or stimulants. If you are bulking alcohol is fine.

Xanax is less dangerous as its the same recptor activation without being literal poison

And benzo withdrawl and alcohol is the same thing and is absolutely horrible so dont use it to often
