Genuinely started using Benzoyl peroxide 5% few weeks ago for acne and havent really noticed any results. Anyone got any info on what else could work or wheather the results simply take longer?

you should see a reduction of acne, try a high porcentage

yeah, worked for me, use tret too

accutane, isotret will clear all ur acne u can get those from pctzone or indiamart ~10% of getting siezed under 5kg so u should be fine
