Benzoyl peroxide against black heads??

I've quite managed to get my acne under control, i dont really get pimples anymore that quit often i just need to get rid of my hyperpegmentions.. Tho there is one thing, i struggle with black heads and most posts i saw against where,, muh, acutane or death,, but i dont want to hop on acutane just for some black heads, so i came across benzoyl peroxide and the formula says it kills bacteria ( kinda sum like that) so my question is, would benzoyl peroxide 10% get rid of blackheads ???

No the fuck it doesn't. 20mg/day has nearly 0 sides, some people get dry lips, that's it.
